About the Doctors
We're Dr. Florence Lockhart and Dr. Roger Graham. Together, we bring over 60 years of combined business management experience. We started The Business Doctors because we believe business owners deserve better than what's typically available—better than generic advice, aggressive sales tactics, and consultants who disappear after delivering a report.
Why we do this
We've seen too many business owners struggle alone with problems that are actually solvable. They're skeptical of consultants (often for good reason), overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and exhausted from carrying everything themselves.
We built this practice to be different. To approach business health the way a good physician approaches patient care—with careful attention, honest assessment, and genuine commitment to wellbeing.
We're not trying to scale to hundreds of clients. We're trying to do excellent work with the businesses in our care. Quality over quantity. Depth over breadth. Relationships over transactions.

His background spans multiple industries, giving him perspective on what works across different contexts and what's unique to each situation.
